Bill is an audit partner for Imowitz Koenig & Co., LLP, and owner/real estate construction development director for Real Estate Systems Implementation Group, LLC.  Since 1982, Bill has developed significant expertise in the areas of construction development accounting and taxation in addition to project management services, and is a recognized expert in the construction development industry.  He is regularly called upon to work on the most complex transactions in the country and on some of the largest development transactions in the New York area.  Currently Bill is providing consulting services to Donald J. Trump’s developments in Chicago, Las Vegas, New York City and Long Island; the New York Mets “Citi Field”; and other developments in Chicago and New York City. Recently Bill has provided consulting services to such construction projects as Time Warner Center, Trump World Tower, 300 Madison Avenue, Lycée Français de New York, Trump International Hotel and Tower and 502 Park Avenue (the Delmonico Hotel). Bill earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Master’s of Business Administration from the Lubin Graduate School of Business at Pace University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and has been a member of the NYSSCPA’s Real Estate Committee since 1998. Bill is the Chairperson to the Finance Council of a local charitable organization and consultant to several tax-exempt organizations. He has served as Chairperson to the construction finance committee of a private school development project and as finance council member and secretary to a local charitable organization.
