Neil began his career in the accounting/finance industry in 1974 and became Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Imowitz Koenig & Co., LLP in 1980. He is also Owner and Director of Real Estate Systems Implementation Group, LLC. He has acted in various capacities for numerous finance ventures, in both internal and external positions and currently oversees an accounting and consulting practice for clients with a portfolio value in excess of $5 billion.  Additionally, Neil acts as the part-time Chief Financial Officer of Orthometrix, Inc., a public company which manufacturers and distributes medical and fitness related equipment, and is a Vice President of Guggenheim Structured Real Estate.  Neil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master’s degree in Finance from Fordham University.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and is a former chairman of the NYSSCPA’s Real Estate Committee.
