Girish is an audit partner at Imowitz Koenig & Co., LLP and an owner/real estate construction development director of Real Estate Systems Implementation Group, LLC. Girish began his career in public accounting in 1983. His experience includes two years in London (United Kingdom), and five years with an international firm in Kenya before coming to Imowitz Koenig & Co., LLP in 1994. Girish’s practice includes a concentration in real estate, SEC, and the hospitality industry. Girish is responsible for audit, tax planning, and compliance of some of the firm's largest corporate and partnership clients as well as many high net worth individual clients. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Norwich City College (UK) and a Master’s degree in Taxation from the City University of New York’s Bernard M. Baruch College. Girish is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and has served as a member of the NYSSCPA’s Hospitality Industry Committee, Individual Income Taxation Committee and Personal Financial Planning Committee.
