Dave has practiced public accounting since 1985 and began working at Imowitz Koenig & Co., LLP in 1992. He has significant involvement with tax planning and management/business advisory services for various privately and publicly held clients.  Dave is responsible for the tax planning and compliance of some of the firm’s largest corporate clients as well as many high net worth individual clients.  Dave is an expert in various S corporation and C corporation issues.  Dave has written and spoken about various tax topics.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University and a Master’s degree in Taxation from the City University of New York’s Bernard M. Baruch College. Dave is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and is currently the Chairman of its Closely Held and S Corporations Committee.
