Under our affiliated consulting firm, Real Estate Systems Implementation Group, LLC (RESIG), we provide a number of innovative construction development services:

• Construction Project Management – Using our own proprietary system, we provide a comprehensive reporting package, which includes the preparation of custom designed construction reports and funding requisitions suitable for most institutional lenders. We maintain contract logs, process change orders, monitor payments to subcontractors and obtain, when necessary, proper waiver and lien documents.
• Property Management and Accounting – Using industry leading software, we provide complete property management and accounting services. We establish and maintain standardized accounting records incorporating numerous properties and managing agents. We interface with many large accounting firms to facilitate audits and financial reporting requirements.
  
  
• Reporting Systems – We develop and implement highly sophisticated individualized reporting systems for complex real estate transactions that present multiple tax issues.  With a properly designed computer system, quick and accurate reporting, planning and projecting can be accomplished throughout an enterprise, collecting and analyzing all data addressing various local, state or national requirements and minimizing redundant work.
• Due diligence for asset acquisitions or dispositions. We handle specialty projects, advise on liquidating portfolios and help structure new subsidiary interests.
