We are a New York City based accounting firm with a national client base.  We have a professional staff of approximately 60 people.  It has been the firm's experience that financial matters, in our current environment, are extremely complicated. Accordingly, members of our firm have developed various areas of expertise to address the needs and demands of our clients.  Having grown substantially since our formation in 1979, we are very proud to provide responsive and efficient service to our clientele, while maintaining a reasonable fee structure.  The success of our firm is based primarily on the high level of quality accounting, auditing, and tax services that we provide to our clients.  Accordingly, we are registered with The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and the partners are active members of professional societies and in the community at large.

To further the quality of service, the firm employs several staff members with post-graduate degrees and with large firm experience.  In addition, our firm sponsors continuing professional education to members of our firm and our professional associates.

We currently represent numerous entrepreneurial and institutional business owners.  This diverse client base has enabled us to gain expertise in many areas that would normally be considered unusual for a firm our size.  Our exposure to areas relating to business acquisitions and dispositions, finance, technical accounting and taxation has afforded us the opportunity to work with a diverse client base on some very significant transactions.
